- Must be 18 years old or older and a legal resident of the United States of America to enter.
- SaveWise.com is owned and operated by Clear Link Technologies, LLC (“Clearlink”).
- Employees of Clearlink, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as the employee (collectively “Employees”) are not eligible to participate in giveaway.
- There is NO ENTRY FEE AND NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY. Any purchase or consideration otherwise given by applicants will not improve one’s chances of being selected.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this giveaway, applicants waive all right to and hold the Clearlink harmless from any claim, liability, loss, injury, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. - Campaign Period: The Campaign Period will begin on 12:01AM MST 3/04/2021. The Campaign Period will end at 11:59PM MST 3/19/2021.
- Entrants can enter giveaway through means specified on https://www.safewise.com/giveaways/.
- SafeWise.com shall select one (1) Winner from the entire pool of eligible applicants.
- Winner will receive one Petcube Cam valued at approximately $49.99 USD. No cash alternatives will be offered.
- Winner will be selected at random. Winner will be notified via email after 11:59PM MST 3/19/2021.
- By accepting the prize, the Winner consents to Clearlink’s use of Winner’s names and entry for purposes of advertising without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- If a Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, SafeWise.com reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement Winner.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
- This giveaway is not sponsored or endorsed by YouTube or Petcube. YouTube shall be released from any and all liability relating to this giveaway. - Winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address:
